About Your New Role! This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Commercial Analyst or Management Accountant looking to further develop their commercial skills within a growing organisation. The position offers a broad mix of financial analysis, month-end reporting, commercial projects and governance responsibilities. Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of key deliverables, contribute to process improvements and gain exposure to a range of internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Prepare month-end and quarter-end reporting, including financial analysis and commentary Analyse financial and operational data, investigate variances and identify key performance drivers Support commercial modelling, pricing calculations and analytical projects Maintain accurate commercial data, reporting frameworks and governance registers Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring accuracy across reporting and invoicing processes Engage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and support commercial outcomes Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, internal controls and operational efficiencies Support ongoing commercial projects and business expansion initiatives About You! We are seeking a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ideally, you will demonstrate: CA/CPA qualification or working towards completion will be highly regarded but not essential Experience in a Management Accountant, Finance Analyst or Commercial Analyst position Strong Excel skills - confident with pivot tables, sum ifs, V-looks ups etc Experience with month-end reporting, financial analysis and variance analysis Ability to interpret financial information, investigate discrepancies and communicate meaningful insights Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and accountability Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills A curious, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Above all, we are looking for someone who enjoys analysing information, understanding the drivers behind the numbers and contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment.
