About your new job:

Reporting to the Credit Manager your responsibilities will include:
• Downloading and reconciling bank statements,
• Allocation of payments
• Handle inquiries – internal and external stakeholders
• Processing credits through the system
• Master data of customer base ensuring accuracy and updates
• Mont-end reconciliations & month-end journals
• Ad-hoc administrative support to the credit team


About you:

You must demonstrate a clear track record of success in a similar role. Specifically, you will possess the following:
• Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable / Credit Control role – especially with allocations and reconciliations
• High level of accuracy
• Ability to multitask and have strong organisational skills
• Exposure to large ERP systems is ideal but not essential
• Proficient in Excel
