About your new job

Reporting to the Credit Manager your responsibilities will include:
•Collection calls of overdue accounts
•Handling and resolving customer inquiries
•Issuing invoices and sending follow-up emails
•Organising payment plans where required
•Bank and debtor reconciliations

About You

To be successful in this role you will ideally have a proven track record of the following:
•Previous background in Credit / Collections
•Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships
