About your new job:

Reporting to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a ledger of accounts
• Bank and debtor reconciliations
• Daily allocation of payments
• Handling customer inquiries and processing credit claims
• Following up on outstanding/overdue invoices
• Focus on continuous improvement of processes and procedures
• Assisting and working closely with internal stakeholders
• Ad hoc administrative tasks as required

About you:

You will have a background in Credit / Accounts Receivable and a passion for building relationships.

• Previous experience in credit control/accounts receivable is a must and ideally in end-to-end capacity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
