Due to growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their collaborative and high-performing customer support team.
About your new role:
As the Customer Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of inquiries, orders, and service requests. Your role is critical to the smooth operation of order fulfilment and customer communication.
• You will work across various departments to resolve open orders, coordinate with warehousing and loan teams, and support the sales team to ensure the best possible service outcomes.
• Responding to and resolving customer inquiries, orders, and complaints efficiently
• Providing accurate product and order information
• Generating quotes, invoices, credits, and consignment-related documentation
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure service expectations are met
• Maintaining accurate records in ERP and CRM systems
• Supporting the sales team with samples, demos, and stock requests
• Meeting KPIs and contributing to process improvement
About you:
• You're a proactive and reliable customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• You're known for your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Previous experience in a customer service role (industry experience not essential)
• A natural ability to resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (preferred but not essential)
• A team-first attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
• Strong administrative and data entry skills
