About your new role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a team of dedicated Customer Care Coordinators within a supportive and fast-paced environment. Your primary focus will be to guide, coach, and develop the team to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Your duties will include but not be limited to –
• Creating a customer-first culture driven by excellence and accountability
• Leading and mentoring team members through daily operations and long-term development
• Monitoring team performance using data-driven insights to meet KPIs and service standards
• Managing escalations, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Planning, Regulatory, and Quality
• Supporting the implementation of systems and process enhancements
• Leading team huddles, 1:1 meeting, training sessions, and performance reviews
• Acting as the key point of contact for regional and commercial leadership on Customer Care operations
About you:
• Experience in healthcare, MedTech, distribution, or a similarly complex operational environment will be highly regarded
• 3+ years' experience as a Customer Service Team Leader or similar
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a customer-focused team
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Confidence working with KPIs, systems reporting, and driving continuous improvement
