About the Role:

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll manage customer enquiries, process orders, and ensure timely delivery all while building strong relationships with clients and internal teams. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer queries via phone and email.
• Process and track customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with internal departments including logistics, sales, and operations.
• Resolve issues promptly and follow through to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer data and service history in our CRM system.
• Prepare reports and assist with general administrative tasks.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, coordination, or admin support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM/ERP experience highly regarded.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
