Reporting to the Managing Director. we are now looking for a talented Financial Controller to lead our finance function and help us continue our journey of growth and success.

About your new role!
•Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
•Manage the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports.
•Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
•Develop and implement effective internal control systems.
•Analyse financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
•Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
•Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and optimize financial performance.

About you!
•Technically excellent with a CA or CPA qualification
•Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in the hire / rental sector
•Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
•Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Outstanding leadership and communication abilities.
•High attention to detail and a proactive approach to financial management.
