Your New Company:

Specializing in the Aged Care and Private Education sectors, this role is critical in ensuring design coordination, cost certainty, and efficient execution through their streamlined project-delivery methodologies.

Your New Role:
• Developed detailed project budgets, schedules, and feasibility analyses to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Oversaw full lifecycle project management, ensuring delivery aligned with quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.

• Collaborated closely with clients and consultants to build trust, ensure alignment with project goals, and support long-term partnerships.
• Ensured strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all project phases.
• Researched and integrated innovative construction methods and emerging technologies to improve project outcomes and sustainability.
• Managed ongoing reporting and budget control to maintain financial health and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinated documentation and communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and effective collaboration.
Directed project scheduling and site management activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely project progression..
