About your new role:
This amazing, newly created, leading a team of 7 direct reports and reporting directly to the dynamic, supportive, CEO will see you responsible for ensuring the superior customer delivery focus continues to be second to none. Some key responsibilities will be, however, not limited to the following –

• Working closely with the CEO, taking the strategic direction and ensuring delivery to the business
• Oversee the end-to-end service delivery function, ensuring that company standards are being met
• Ensuring of efficient work allocation and resource management of smooth and superior service execution
• Ensuring that any issue is resolved in a proactive, professional and timely manner
• Building strong relationships internally to continue to build a high-performing and collaborative culture
• Create and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the customer and service experience
• Leading and managing a multi-vertical team and ensure that this is aligned with company goals and strategy
• Maintaining a commercial mindset, ensuring that service delivery is cost effective and aligned with business objectives

About you:

• Proven experience in managing multi-function teams
• Excellent time management skills and can manage conflicting priorities
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal and ability to connect with a variety of stakeholders
• Proven ability to make decisions in high-pressure environment
• Strong experience in negotiating and influencing various stakeholders
• Proven experience from the Service Delivery Industry eg Retail, Hospitality
• Confident and analytical in approach
• Strong decision-making skills
• Professional presentation and natural pride in your role
