About your new role:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the driver and compliance, including but not limited to the following –

• Managing and maintaining compliance records for the fleet of heavy vehicles
• Enhancing campaigns to reduce MVA and damages
• Conduct audits of internal in-vehicle safety systems and ensure compliance
• Manage licensing, accreditations, and approvals with external bodies
• Regular review of National Driver Work Diary log book and fatigue compliance
• Apply for and manage route/access permits for heavy vehicle operations
• Compiling weekly, monthly and quarterly reports

About you:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance or similar role within the transport industry
• HC licence and a number of years of driving experience
• Must have experience with Refrigerated Freight
• Strong understanding of National Heavy Vehicle Legislation and Regulations
• Strong understanding of Heavy Vehicle National Law and Chain of Responsibility
• A certificate or equivalent to TLIF0005 – Apply a fatigue risk management system (or willing to obtain)
• Strong stakeholder management skills and high attention to detail
