You will be joining a leading Australian owned Managed Service Provider (MSP) with a portfolio of clients across multiple industries. Your New Role:

This newly created position will play a pivotal role in the allocation of resources and the effect delivery of services to your clientele. Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, this position will perform the following tasks:

• Triage incoming workloads to then provide a scope of work.
• Prepare documentation to support work performed.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to allocate resources and schedules for work to be performed.
• Manage the service board to ensure that ticketed work is categorised.
• Oversee weekly timesheet processing
• Monitor escalations to ensure progress of work and a high level of service.
• Report on performance metrics and offer analytical insights into team performance.
• Providing admin support for new work tenders and quoting / sales

About You:

• You are an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator or come from a comparable role such as Project Coordinator or Workforce Scheduler.
• You have a working knowledge of IT systems and technology products widely used in business.
• You bring exceptional communication skills both written and verbal and have an ability to engage your stakeholders.
• You know what excellent customer service looks like and how to achieve it.
• You are a highly organised individual who can prioritise work, allocate resources and operate within timelines.
• You perform your documentation and administrative duties efficiently and with a focus on detail and accuracy.
