West Technology is partnering with a listed, multinational group that imports and manufactures consumer products that are well known in the Australian market. This business is currently achieving some impressive results and has some exciting plans for further growth in 2022 and beyond.

The Opportunity

This newly created role will join the IT team to support the business by providing support and enhancements for the ERP system and other business applications.
This is a highly visible role that will interact with people across the site from Sales, supply chain, R&D and finance.

Some of the key tasks include:
Analyse & document business processes to identify areas for improvements.
Provide end user support for all ERP issues and upgrades.
Ensure the integrity of data and the reporting function.
Develop interfaces and integration tools
Participate on IT projects to streamline the way the business operates.
The Successful Applicant
Will hold a degree or comparable IT qualification or working towards.
Comes with experience supporting business applications, with exposure to mid tier ERP systems being highly desirable (Infor M3 / Movex ideal).
Has prior experience with database management including SQL queries (SQL server / DB2)
