About your new job

Working in a team and reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
Managing the invoicing inbox and ensuring invoices have relevant details and are allocated to relevant cost centres
Processing and coding high volume of invoices
Follow up with supplies to chase missing information
Handling and resolving supplier queries
Ad -hoc administrative tasks as required

About You

To be successful in this role you will ideally have exposure to the following:
Previous experience in a similar position or some exposure in accounts payable
Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships
Exposure to ERP Systems and experience with Excel
Self-motivated and willing to learn
Accuracy and attention to detail
Fast and accurate data entry skills
