About your new role:

The Junior Corporate Analyst is an integral part of the corporate finance team responsible for the provision of strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to support the evaluation, analysis and management of commercial and corporate decisions in line with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support commercial and corporate finance activities.
• Analyse market data to forecast trends and assess business impacts.
• Assist in preparing and presenting insights, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration planning.
• Link budgeting and forecasting processes with long-term corporate modeling and value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and assist in audit and regulatory documentation.

About you:

• 2-3 years financial Modelling experience including building and / or maintaining 3-way financial models.
• A professional qualification such as CFA, Chartered Accountant, CPA or MBA is desirable
• Big 4, Private Equity, Investment banking or corporate finance background is highly desirable
• Interpersonally, you are inquisitive by nature with a strong attention to detail. You have a track record of effectively supporting Executive level stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You are motivated and excited to advance in your career.
