About Your New Role:

As the Land Manager, you will:

• Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic parcels of land to support major energy developments
• Lead engagement with landowners, councils, and stakeholders to build trust and secure long-term land access
• Negotiate agreements including acquisitions, leases, easements, and access rights
• Liaise with legal, engineering, and environmental teams to ensure land strategies align with project and regulatory needs
• Support planning and approvals processes from a land perspective
• Manage documentation, timelines, and land acquisition budgets
• Represent the business professionally in negotiations, community discussions, and technical meetings
This role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne, with occasional travel as needed.

About You:

You’re commercially minded and outcomes-driven, with demonstrated experience in property acquisition, stakeholder negotiation, and land strategy, ideally within energy, infrastructure, or utilities.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• Strong experience in land acquisition, leasing, or property management
• The ability to engage and negotiate with a diverse range of landowners and community stakeholders
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• An understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and planning environments
• The ability to collaborate cross-functionally across legal, technical, and environmental teams
