About your new role:

Due to continuous growth, an opportunity has been arisen for a Level 1 Support Analyst to join the team. Reporting to the Service Delivery Team Lead, the Level 1 Support Analyst will be responsible for taking out day to day IT operations.

Some of the key tasks will include:
•Provide technical support via phone calls, emails and face to face
•Manage the ticket cue to ensure resolutions are provided in a timely manner
•Identify and escalate urgent situations to the appropriate team
•Taking initiative by monitoring and actioning all unresolved issues
•Creating or maintaining documentation in relation to any technical issues
•Providing on call support when required
•Ensuring all SLA’s and KPI’s are met within the given timeframes

About you
•Strong technical skills in a variety of different areas
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner
•1-2 years of infrastructure and application support
•Experience with ticketing systems and ERP systems
•Strong problem solving skills
•The willingness to go above and beyond to ensure service satisfaction
