About your New Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Master Data Analyst with proven experience in Infor M3 or a comparable ERP system (e.g., Infor LN, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). You will be responsible for managing critical business data across multiple systems, supporting integration projects, and delivering insights that guide executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and govern master data including Item Master, Pricing, and Discount Structures in Infor M3 or similar ERP systems
• Integrate and standardise data from multiple legacy systems across business units
• Build and automate reports and dashboards using Excel (Power Query), Power BI, and SQL
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide actionable data insights and executive summaries
• Support data migration during acquisitions and assist in onboarding new business units into the ERP
• Ensure data alignment between operational systems and financial reporting
• Optimise data quality through validation, cleansing, and internal tools
• Perform inventory trend analysis and forecasting to support better stock control and cash flow
• Participate in stock take exercises and provide detailed inventory reporting
• Continuously review existing reports and propose enhancements to improve business processes
About You:

• Handson experience with Infor M3, Infor LN, or other major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Epicor)
• Demonstrated expertise in master data management, preferably in manufacturing or distribution environments
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and automation techniques
• Proficiency in Power BI and/or SQL for reporting and visualisation
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data migration or integration during mergers or acquisitions is highly regarded
