Online Sales Consultant -
•Calling owners who are selling their car privately through Facebook Market Place, Gum Tree and the like to negotiate and buy their vehicle

Online Leads Consultant -
•Taking calls from Customers who are interested in purchasing used vehicles, making appointments through the dealership and confirming with the customer

About you!
•Previous experience in a high-paced, customer service role within a Contact Centre environment
•Always display a customer-focused mindset and be able to deliver exceptional service
•Able to think outside the square demonstrating an agile approach to work
•Experience in an automotive, sales or telemarketing role would be a benefit
