About your new role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee Operational/Manufacturing systems, processes and infrastructure. Duties will include but won’t be limited to the following –

• Daily management of all internal departments
• Continuous improvement identification to increase business functionality
• Maintain regular contact with all staff to ensure effective and open line of communication
• Manage processes, inventory and applicable assets
• Ensuring that product is being efficiently sent out in a timely manner
• Overseeing that products of high quality are inline with company standards
• Regular communications to drive the business growth and strategic direction

About you:

• Previous experience within manufacturing, ideally furniture
• Industrial Engineering qualification highly regarded
• 5+ years of experience within a similar role
• Strong leadership experience with a strong commercial acumen
• Excellent relationship building skills across a variety of departments
• Team player with great communication skills that will lead from the front
