Job Description

About your new employer:

West Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-established infrastructure delivery organisation that plays a key role in supporting major utility projects across NSW. With a strong reputation for excellence, safety, and collaboration, they offer a fast-paced and supportive environment where you can make a real impact.

About your new role:

As the Project Operations Coordinator, you’ll be an integral part of the project delivery team—supporting successful execution through accurate reporting, data entry, financial processing, and system administration across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and publishing performance reports to track safety, quality, and operational efficiency
• Administering project documentation, progress claims, billing, and expenses
• Managing data flow between Dynamics 365 and SAP
• Supporting month-end processes and accruals alongside the Commercial Finance Business Partner
• Troubleshooting process issues and driving improvements across systems and workflows
• Helping the wider team understand and use systems effectively
This is a hands-on role that blends project administration, financial coordination, and data integrity, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

About you:

You are a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You enjoy digging into systems and data to solve problems, support your team, and contribute to the bigger picture.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• Experience in project support, operations, or coordination roles
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or SAP is highly regarded
• Analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot across systems and data sources
• A proactive, can-do mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond when needed
• A relevant qualification in business or similar (desirable)
• A current driver’s licence (some travel between sites may be required)
What’s in it for you:

• Hybrid working (flexibility to work from home)
• 16.5% superannuation
• Extended leave policies
• Volunteer leave
• Tailored health & wellbeing programs
• Free flu vaccinations
• Ongoing professional development
• A supportive and inclusive team culture that encourages initiative, collaboration, and growth
If you’re a proactive and detail-oriented professional looking to contribute to high-impact infrastructure projects while supporting a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now or contact West Recruitment for a confidential discussion.
