About your new role
As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will develop and maintain various financial models, track actuals including cost and benefits associated with optimisation initiatives and transformation strategies, and assist in the development of robust business cases. You will partner with non-financial business partners to build commercial acumen and liaise with the Finance team to ensure accurate inclusion of costs and value into business plans and forecasts.
Key Responsibilities include :
•Act as a strategic partner to scale and maximize impact across the business.
•Build and nurture trusting relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure successful outcomes.
•Partner with business units to develop business cases, improving engagement, enhancing organisational capabilities, optimising processes and technology solutions, and improving financial performance.
•Champion an inclusive approach to finance management, fostering a culture of commercial acumen, cost centre ownership, and accountability.
•Provide guidance and support to initiative teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and alignment with program objectives.
•Drive awareness, buy-in, and adoption of transformation initiatives across the organisation.
•Support the seamless integration of digital technologies and strategies in alignment with the company’s broader objectives and technology roadmap.
About You!
•CA or CPA qualified.
•Proven history of success in managing the finances of large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
•Demonstrated ability to bring together high-performing individuals across multiple functions to deliver common objectives.
•Deep understanding of program finance management principles, methodologies, and models.
•Exceptional leadership, communication, and people skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across all levels of the organization.
•Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage complexity, and drive results in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
•Analytical thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and drive execution with a sense of urgency.
•Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.
