About Your New Role:

This role will report in to the Strategy Director, and as the Strategy Consultant, you will:

• Contribute to the design and refinement of the company’s 10-year strategic roadmap
• Build strong stakeholder engagement to secure alignment and drive execution of strategic priorities
• Analyse internal data, market trends, competitor activity, and emerging risks to generate meaningful insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Lead the end-to-end corporate strategic planning process across all business units
• Develop and implement high-impact strategic initiatives that drive organisational performance
• Track and report on key business KPIs and progress toward long-term strategic objectives
About You:

You're strategically minded, analytically strong, and thrive in dynamic, high-stakes environments. With experience in strategy consulting and ideally internal strategy roles, you’re confident engaging with senior leaders and influencing key business decisions.

You’ll bring:

• 10+ years in corporate strategy and strategy consulting
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with proven experience solving complex business challenges
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience designing and delivering large-scale initiatives across diverse teams
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, utilities, heavy industry or regulated industries
