Your new role:

As the Technical Lead, you’ll play a key role in providing advanced support and leadership across core Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Intune, Active Directory, Defender, and more.
You’ll handle complex escalations from the support team, and act as a go-to expert for network and infrastructure-related challenges. This is a hands-on position where you'll be both strategic and technical, driving best practices.

About you:

You're a technically astute IT professional with a background in IT support. You have a stable work history and a proven track record of supporting Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Intune, AD, Defender, in addition to networking products. You thrive in a team environment and take the initiative when faced with technical challenges, bringing strong communication and customer service skills to the fore when working with stakeholders.
