The West story

Our story starts in 2006, when founding partners, Sean Johnston and David Smith felt there was a signifcant gap in the market for a specialist boutique provider who put relationships and service first.

West Recruitment was born out of a passion to be the go-to recruitment partners in Western Sydney who would provide the service AND the results.

This ethos has remained over the years, and as the business has expanded into new sectors, we still maintain that ALL relationships matter to us.

West Recruitment was born out of a passion to be the go-to recruitment partners in Western Sydney who would provide the service AND the results.

This ethos has remained over the years, and as the business has expanded into new sectors, we still

maintain that ALL relationships matter to us.

We have since expanded operations to include the Hunter Region and broader Regional NSW with our newest office located in Newcastle.
