This session will explore the lack of definition and clarity in which finance professionals often operate in. We look at the link between context, level of complexity and ultimately, where a lack of clarity leaves finance teams with a ‘transactional’ reputation.

    Understanding and appreciating the change journey. This session explores how leaders can understand and shape change through the emotional and relational drivers that enable teams to thrive.

      By understanding the make-up of culture, finance leaders are able to introduce or reshape the way their team operates and embraces change.This session looks at the levers a finance team can pull to setup the right culture.
