This session will explore the lack of definition and clarity in which finance professionals often operate in. We look at the link between context, level of complexity and ultimately, where a lack of clarity leaves finance teams with a ‘transactional’ reputation.

      By understanding the make-up of culture, finance leaders are able to introduce or reshape the way their team operates and embraces change.This session looks at the levers a finance team can pull to setup the right culture.
