'The journey begins with

self-leadership?'


This workshop explores the HEART framework for self-leadership and brings participants to focus on their own personal journey of purpose-driven growth.

    'Stakeholder centricity - where are we going?'


    With the rising stakeholder expectations impacting the finance function, the capacity to align to strategic goals and develop a value creating finance function is going to not be a “nice to have”, but expected in the future.

    We will also explore issues that are specifically facing women in rising into leadership.

      This session is focused on creating a vision that a team not only buys-into, but is compelled to deliver on.

        boards & the future'


        Finance leaders need to be conscious of the perspective of their board, and often think like a board director as they execute on the strategic goals of their business. The perspective of experienced Board Directors will be a unique experience for attendees, and provide new perspectives.
